Flexible Policy
Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in.
- Cancel 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund (100%)
- Cancel 24-48 hours before check-in: Partial refund (50%)
- Cancel less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund (0%)
Moderate Policy
Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.
- Cancel 5+ days before check-in: Full refund (100%)
- Cancel 3-5 days before check-in: Partial refund (50%)
- Cancel less than 3 days before check-in: No refund (0%)
Strict Policy
Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in.
- Cancel 14+ days before check-in: Full refund (100%)
- Cancel 7-14 days before check-in: Partial refund (50%)
- Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: No refund (0%)
Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may arise. BubbleBliss may provide additional flexibility in the following cases:
- Natural disasters or severe weather affecting the property area
- Travel restrictions imposed by government authorities
- Serious illness or injury (documentation may be required)
- Host cancellations or property issues
